How on-the-spot HICAPS claiming works
HICAPS is the system most Australian private health funds use to process claims instantly in-clinic. When you visit, simply bring your health-fund card and we’ll process your rebate at the terminal before you pay, so you’re only charged the difference between the treatment fee and your rebate.
