Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a 40% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is paid upfront and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment of massage therapy on the day.
We understand that life happens, so we offer one complimentary reschedule per booking. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your time to someone else.
- Your 50% booking fee is non-refundable.
- You may reschedule your appointment once without losing your booking fee (with reasonable notice).
- Further changes, repeated rescheduling or late cancellations may result in the booking fee being forfeited.
